  • Parking is available in the ramp behind (to the east) of the Centennial Office Building, on the Orange Level, accessible only from Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The ramp has a three hour maximum. You cannot overpay to receive more than 3 hours. Metered parking is also available on the street, typically with a 2-hour time limit, and in several other lots nearby (see map below). Meters are $1.50 per hour, payable in quarters, or a $5 daily permit can be obtained at the Plant Management Division's Parking Office, G-10 Administration Building, 500 Sherburne Avenue, 651-201-2300. Rates are current for fiscal year 2009 (July 2008 - June 2009). A change machine, that takes $1 and $5 bills and returns quarters, is located on the Ground Floor of the Centennial Building, by the vending machines near the elevators.
  • From Eastbound 94: Take the Marion Street exit. At the stoplight turn right, get in the left lane. Turn left on John Ireland Boulevard. Follow until you reach a T-intersection with Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Turn right, cross Cedar Street, then turn right into the Orange Ramp.
  • From Westbound 94: Take the 12th Street - State Capitol exit (242A). Follow to Cedar Street. Turn right on Cedar then right on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and right into the Orange Ramp.
  • From 52 North: Stay on Highway 52 and cross the Lafayette bridge. Take the I-94 West exit. You will be on 94 for a very short time. Take the 12th Street - State Capitol exit (242A). Follow to Cedar Street. Turn right on Cedar then right on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and right into the Orange Ramp.
  • From Southbound 35-E: Take the University exit. Turn right on University. Turn left on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, follow it around the Capitol and across Cedar Street and turn right into the Orange Ramp.
  • From Northbound 35-E: Take the 11th Street exit. Stay on 11th until you reach Cedar Street. Take a left on Cedar then right on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and right into the Orange Ramp.
